What affects the price

When you start pricing out an electric fireplace, a few main things change the bottom line. First, size matters—a massive wall-mounted unit or a custom built-in insert will cost more than a standard portable heater. If you want high-end features like realistic 3D flame effects, smart home integration, or crackling sound components, expect to pay more for the technology. Installation also shifts the cost; simple plug-and-play models are cheaper than those requiring hardwiring or carpentry work. We can help you break down your specific project requirements, with exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

This service is for retrofitting an electric firebox into an existing, non-functional fireplace opening. You should choose this if you have an old hearth you no longer use and want to restore its utility. We seal the chimney and install the unit to provide supplemental heat and a realistic glow. The size of your current opening influences the final cost.

Summer is the perfect time to use your fireplace as a purely visual feature. Since you can run the flames without the heater, it adds a soft, ambient glow to your evening gatherings. It stays cool to the touch, making it safe for kids and pets even on hot days.
